This transmission build does not include these parts, however we highly recommend them.

The CryoHeat Harley Davidson transmission goes through:
- 100% Teardown inspection.
- Intensive Cleaning
- Shaft inspections (Making sure all shafts are straight and true)
- Intensive visual inspection on every part (damaged or questionable blemishes are marked for Magnetic Particle Inspection)
Magnetic Particle inspection: Non-destructive testing of ferrous metal objects to detect microscopic fractures or cracks. Damaged parts are replaced at additional charge.
After "mag" inspection, parts undergo CryoHeat process & Micro Polishing.
CryoHeat processing: Molecular stress relieving that strengthens metal without changing hardness. Process lasts 80 hours at -320°F.
Micropolishing: Surfaces polished to less than 2RA roughness, reducing friction and drag.
Before assembly, shafts are re-inspected. New 3rd and 4th gears and shifter Dog Ring installed. Shims applied unless CryoHeat brand gears are used. Assembly lube and oils applied, then wrapped in plastic.
The standard CryoHeat polished transmission adds 2 horsepower to the ground compared to stock, unlike others that lose up to 5 horsepower.
