Your Polaris Pro R transmission is completely torn down for inspection and service, including the transmission, PTL, and PTO.
During the process, components are thoroughly evaluated through visual inspection and Magnetic Particle Inspection to help identify potential discontinuities before the transmission is reassembled.
The transmission cases are vapor blasted for deep cleaning and additional inspection. Components are then prepared, serviced, and reassembled with assembly lubricant and careful attention to the details that matter when building a high-performance drivetrain.
The PTO is refilled with racing oil, and the PTL is re-torqued and configured based on your specific application.
