CryoHeat Metal Treatment LLC is not responsible directly or indirectly for any damage and/or loss in shipment. FedEx Shipping Insurance is available for purchase and includes a signature upon delivery. This insurance covers your package while it is in transit and in the custody of FedEx.

FedEx Ground usually takes 1-5 business days to ship within the United States. The customer will be provided with a tracking number to watch the shipment progress. We recommend you sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager and select "Sign Up". This application allows you to track your package and give details to FedEx on how you want your package delivered.
